Okay, Here's the Pitch...

...you know, just in case producers are randomly trolling obscure blogs in hopes of finding unsolicited concepts.

Maddy Pierce is an altruistic young lady who volunteers on a suicide prevention hotline, where she's just returned to work after taking a little break. She's a little shaky, though, because not too long ago, she sadly...lost a caller, while he was on the line with her.

But everyone absolutely agrees that it wasn't her fault, and there wasn't anything she could have done to save the guy. So, she's back on the line, and starting to get back into the groove -- starting to understand again that what she most often does is, no kidding, save lives.

Then she gets a call from Joe Biederbecke. Joe's not doing so well: he got laid off from the plant, lost his girlfriend, lost his car, and only has a few days left before losing his apartment too. He's a little worried he might be just about to kill himself...

...along with everyone else in the office complex where he's planted the explosives.

P.S. Hmm. Perhaps this particular Thursday isn't the best time to be pitching movies.
